5 favourite smoothie recipes

What is smoothie?
A pureed fruit drink, that supplies your body with fibre, minerals, vitamins, and makes it work properly. It gives you energy, good mood and last but not least it is yummi! You only need a good blender, a big cup and quality ingredients. Try to use organic fruits and herbs from the garden or local farmer’s market. Combine them and blend until smooth.

Don’t forget the rule: always use unrefined, organic, fair trade products. Take care of your health and our environment. Always take allergy test – if you have reaction avoid these ingredients.
