How to take a bath properly

Many people don’t know the secret: if you want a relaxing beauty-bath, first you need to take a shower. It cleans your body from all visible and invisible impurities. While you are under the shower, also use body scrub to get rid of dead skin cells.

Now, as you are ready, you can start your beauty-bath process

Rule number one: make sure, that all conditions are perfect: your bathroom is clean as well as warm and no one is bothering you. Turn off your cellphone!

Make a cup of herbal tea and enjoy while you soak.

Set out your comfy bathrobe or towel.

Fill your tub with water and make sure that the temperature of the water is perfect -not too cold and not too hot.

Bath oil, bath salt, bubble-bath. You can add one of these to the water, depending on your skin type and current mood, but use natural ingredients.

Add essential oils to the water, to make your own aromatherapy bath.

Relaxing music and candles. Well, they are the basic ingredients of a home-spa, but it is all according to your taste. If you would like to relax without music and candle, skip them, but ensure cozy lighting!

Note, that you shouldn’t soak longer than 20 minutes.
